Urgent situations

TramWatch is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services. For public-transport safety or operational matters, contact the relevant transport authority.

Privacy requests

Community reports expire automatically after 10 minutes and are not linked to an account. Nearby-alert coarse areas expire within 30 minutes and are deleted. If your request concerns a support message, include its reference and the email used in that message.
